Job Description

This pharmacist role involves developing and implementing medication monitoring plans, ensuring timely and accurate dose delivery, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.

Key Requirements
  • A B.S. or Pharm.D. degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy.
  • Completion of a residency in hospital pharmacy (desirable but not required).
  • Two years of experience in an acute care hospital pharmacy (preferred).
  • Licensure to practice pharmacy in Connecticut (or eligibility for reciprocity).
  • Demonstrated knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics, pharmacy systems, and formulary management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $150,000 - $190,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the health and wellbeing of our employees.
