We are seeking a highly skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Resilience Lab, a leading provider of modern mental health care.

About the Position

This is a flexible, full-time opportunity with a competitive compensation package. You will work remotely from the comfort of your own home, enjoying choice over your weekday hours. Our clinically-led Resilience Institute provides a lifelong learning curriculum via workshops, intensives, and learning pods that enable best-in-class outcomes-participation is completely free.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed NP with a PMHNP certification in Connecticut, active DEA license in CT, and eligibility to be licensed in multiple states. We require expertise in diagnosing and treating a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including SMI, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and passion for leveraging the latest research and technologies to deliver high-quality, patient-centered, evidence-based care.

About the Job Description
  • Provide Expert Psychiatric Consultations: Utilize our advanced telehealth platform to provide virtual psychiatric consultations, follow-ups, and medication management to clients.
  • Collaborate with a Clinically-Led Team: Work closely with psychiatrists, therapists, data scientists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, data-driven care.
  • Ensure Compliance and Documentation: Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR, adhering to company policies and regulatory standards.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies.
About the Compensation
  • Competitive Hourly Rate: Earn $140 per hour for client sessions or administrative work.
  • Minimum Hours Per Month: A minimum of 30 hours per month.
  • Full-Time Benefits: Eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance upon meeting full-time requirements (100+ hours per month).
  • Annual Salary Potential: Up to $200K+ annually, based on 120 hours per month.
