Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Collaborate with HR centers of excellence and HR business partners to design and build HR document templates and SAP SuccessFactors enhancements.
  • Project manage HR technology efforts, streamlining HR tools, processes, and policies.
  • Report progress to HR leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR project management, with a focus on HR systems and tools.
  • Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and other HR system tools.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global, multi-cultural, and matrixed team.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize well and bring structure to complex and ambiguous situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with high attention to detail and personal integrity.

Education:
