Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Project Coordination Specialist to join our team at SERVPRO of South Frisco/The Colony. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and production crews, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the customer experience and overall customer satisfaction
  • Providing priority response to potential customers
  • Developing the scope of work for the project and reviewing the estimate
  • Negotiating customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
  • Scheduling crews and resources to provide service on active projects
  • Coordinating and overseeing the production of services with crews and subcontractors
  • Documenting and/or reviewing job files to support the service provided

Requirements:
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Intermediate math skills
  • Experience in cleaning/restoration or construction preferred
  • IICRC certification obtained within 90 days
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
