Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our network services, including installation and service work, to ensure compliance with company guidelines and objectives.
  • Leadership and Direction: Provide leadership and direction to local staff, including hiring, disciplining, motivating, and assessing management performance.
  • Financial Oversight: Verify, monitor, and approve all expense and capital expenditures, and provide financial oversight of inventory purchases, tracking, and controls.
  • Technical Support: Provide after-hours technical support and technical troubleshooting, including providing proper escalation to corporate personnel.
  • Documentation and Training: Update existing and develop new documentation, and provide training to employees on company procedures and policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university.
  • Experience: Seven to ten years of related experience, including two years of operations management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Skills: Ability to work with mathematical concepts, ability to apply concepts to practical situations, ability to define problems and draw valid conclusions, and ability to handle confidential material and information.
  • Computer Skills: MS Office software, business or general ledger software, Internet, email, and database software as required.
