Job Title: Assistant Community Manager

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team at LCOR Incorporated. The successful candidate will have a strong background in residential community management, including rent collection, bookkeeping, and processing move-ins and move-outs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly bookkeeping and accounting at the community
  • Conduct move-out inspections and process security deposit refunds
  • Collect delinquent rent and manage accounts receivable
  • Responsible for depositing rent and performing monthly close/billing/rent schedule
  • Assist the Community Manager with revenue management pricing and marketing efforts
  • Monitor and respond to online reviews
  • Perform all duties of the Bookkeeper and Leasing Staff
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years' experience in community management
  • Emphasis on leadership skills and ability to work with personnel
  • Knowledge of Yardi Software and Revenue Management
  • Some college experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work weekends (2 days off during the week)
