Key Responsibilities:- Manage monthly bookkeeping and accounting at the community
- Conduct move-out inspections and process security deposit refunds
- Collect delinquent rent and manage accounts receivable
- Responsible for depositing rent and performing monthly close/billing/rent schedule
- Assist the Community Manager with revenue management pricing and marketing efforts
- Monitor and respond to online reviews
- Perform all duties of the Bookkeeper and Leasing Staff
- 1-3 years' experience in community management
- Emphasis on leadership skills and ability to work with personnel
- Knowledge of Yardi Software and Revenue Management
- Some college experience preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work weekends (2 days off during the week)
