We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Guest Service Support Expert to join our team at The St Regis Bar. As a key member of our food and beverage operations, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring the smooth running of our bar.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is memorable and unique.
- Support the kitchen and bar teams, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist with setting tables, replenishing supplies, and maintaining a high level of quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods and moving around.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance.
