As a Customer Service Representative at Marriott International, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role involves processing operational needs, addressing guest requests, and completing reports. You will also be empowered to move about your space and do what needs to be done to ensure a smooth and memorable stay for our guests.
