Job Responsibilities:
  • Develops and implements effective store layouts and product merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement.
  • Collaborates with the Team Leader to achieve sales, purchasing, and labor targets, analyzing sales reports and labor data to inform business decisions.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of annual sales and expense projections, as well as budget preparation, to ensure financial growth and stability.
  • Manages inventory levels and ordering processes to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Resolves team concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
  • Acts as a point person and departmental leader in the absence of the Team Leader, overseeing daily operations and making key decisions to ensure business continuity.
  • Sets and achieves high standards of retail execution, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains a positive and inclusive work environment, encouraging outstanding teamwork, mutual respect, and exceptional morale among Team Members.
  • Monitors customer flows and needs, directing Team Members as necessary to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Selects, trains, develops, mentors, motivates, and counsels Team Members to sustain a high-performance team and minimize turnover.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess high energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine affinity for our products, core values, and company philosophy.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for assessing financial performance, monitoring profitability, and managing inventory are essential.
  • A growth mindset, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively are required.
  • Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building, and customer relationship skills are necessary to succeed in this role.
  • Thorough product knowledge, advanced knowledge of regulatory and safety policies, and proficiency with operations-related applications are also required.
Experience:
  • At least 18 months of retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience are necessary for this role.
