Position Overview

Essential Qualifications
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience working within agile teams, with at least 3 years in a Scrum Master role.
  • Strong skills in MS Office and collaboration tools (e.g., WebEx, Skype, Invision).
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities

This position is crucial for enhancing the workflow and value generated by one or more agile teams or Agile Release Trains (ART). The focus is on addressing the needs of the teams to foster performance and development. Responsibilities include:

  • Coaching and guiding teams on Scrum methodologies while deepening their understanding of Agile principles.
  • Establishing and upholding team norms and agreements.
  • Facilitating ART ceremonies such as Backlog Refinement, Program Increment (PI) Planning, and Retrospectives.
  • Collaborating with Product Managers to maintain a robust product/program backlog.
  • Managing dependencies, risks, and impediments for the ART.
  • Encouraging communication and collaboration within the ART to ensure value delivery and adherence to PI commitments.
  • Providing updates and reports regarding ART plans, delivery timelines, and impediments to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensuring compliance with Enterprise Change Management and other policy requirements for technology solutions.
  • Measuring team and ART performance, maturity, and delivery, while reviewing metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collecting data to assess product funding and resource needs.
