About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Corporate QA & Compliance Manager to join our team at Seabreeze Management Company. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement best practices and processes to enhance compliance and efficiency across our operations.
  • Provide mentorship and training to community managers to improve task management and compliance.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Research and implement new methodologies to drive process improvements.
  • Manage and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of experience in community association and/or property management.
  • Strong project management skills, including coordination, time management, and independent judgment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, employees, and stakeholders.
  • Strong internal and external customer relations skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
