About the Role: The successful candidate will have previous experience in food preparation, preferably in a healthcare setting. You will be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to company recipes and production quantities. Additionally, you will assist management in maintaining a smooth kitchen operation and adhere to safety protocols and policies.

Responsibilities:
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare all food items according to company recipes and production quantities, ensuring high-quality dishes that meet our patients' expectations.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the day, following departmental cleaning, sanitation, and closing procedures.
  • Assistance and Collaboration: Assist management in any way that contributes to the efficient operation of the kitchen.
  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to the facility's Emergency Preparedness Program, OSHA guidelines, and other mandatory programs as required.
Requirements:
  • Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Education: No degree is required for this position.
  • Availability: Open availability, including weekends on a rotational basis.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
