Job Summary and Qualifications
  • As a member of our team, you will be accountable for essential clinical knowledge that positively affects patient outcomes within the scope of nursing practice while assessing, planning, intervening, and evaluating care.
  • You will display strong and accurate clinical judgment and expert-nursing skills while following company policies, including those related to confidentiality.

In collaboration with your healthcare team, you will report critical information or changes in condition of patients. You will provide comfort and prevent suffering through presence and attentiveness that would include pain assessment and reassessment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Diploma or Associates Degree from a professional nursing program (required)
  • BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program at an accredited school of Nursing (preferred)
  • Current licensure as an RN in the state of Virginia or current multi-state compact RN license with eligibility to practice in VA is required.
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider (required)

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as comprehensive medical coverage, 401(k) Plan with a 100% match on 3% to 9% of pay, Employee Stock Purchase Plan, and education assistance.
