Position Overview

Accountable for enhancing the member shopping experience by ensuring the effective implementation of all promotional initiatives, including signage downloads and proper sign placement throughout the club.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Ensure the club is implementing the correct signage strategy in each aisle/department, following detailed sign presentation guidelines, and completing any missing signs before club opening.
  • Verify the accuracy of price changes by preparing and printing daily price downloads, including clothing and perishables, prior to club opening.
  • Print the hot list for inventory loads and prepare signage for new and out-of-stock items, placing them in designated areas for execution.
  • Prepare pallet tags for upcoming inventory loads and ensure proper documentation during cycle inventory processes.
  • Review the electronics report daily and replace any missing pull cards at the sales floor location.
  • Stock demo carts and complete related tasks in the management system.
  • Execute the out-of-code program and weekly drop list, ensuring compliance through daily reviews.
  • Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including support in other departments as needed.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is a fundamental requirement of this role.

Qualifications

  • Completion of required training and certification processes is mandatory.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and computer skills are essential.

Work Environment

  • Most tasks involve movement on hard surfaces, with frequent bending, climbing, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
  • Regularly requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with potential for heavier items with assistance.
  • Exposure to varying indoor and outdoor temperatures, including extreme conditions in freezers and coolers.
  • Frequent exposure to hazardous materials.

In accordance with Pay Transparency regulations, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ's Wholesale Club, we consider a variety of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries may vary based on factors such as location, education, experience, and qualifications. The pay range for this position starts at $16.00.
