At Divine Family Care Home, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care for elderly residents with dementia. Our mission is to create a safe, nurturing environment where our residents feel valued and well-cared-for.

**Job Summary**
---------------

We are seeking a dedicated live-in caregiver to join our team. As a caregiver, you will work on a rotational schedule of two weeks on and two weeks off, providing care and support to our residents in a home-like setting.

**Responsibilities**
----------------

* Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, and ambulation/transfer.
* Prepare and serve meals.
* Perform light housekeeping duties.
* Provide medication reminders.
* Monitor and report noticeable changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.

**Qualifications**
------------

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Must pass a background check.
* Reliable transportation.
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
* Strong communication skills.
* Compassionate and patient demeanor.
* Experience with dementia care is preferred.
* Med-Tech certification (if applicable in your state).
