Job Summary

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate live-in Med-Tech caregivers to join our team. As a Med-Tech caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents with dementia in a home-like setting.

Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist residents with bathing, feeding, toileting, dressing, and ambulation/transfer.
  • Meal Preparation: Prepare and serve meals to our residents.
  • Housekeeping: Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and comfortable living environment.
  • Medication Reminders: Provide medication reminders to our residents as needed.
  • Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor and report noticeable changes in residents' conditions to the supervisor.
Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Certifications: Must pass a background check and have reliable transportation.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and a compassionate, patient demeanor.
  • Experience: Experience with dementia care is preferred, and Med-Tech certification (if applicable in your state) is a plus.
