Job Overview
Kyyba is seeking a talented Project Coordinator I to join our global learning and development team. This exciting opportunity involves supporting the planning and execution of our company's innovative programs, focusing on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for utilizing project management tools, such as Microsoft Project and Smartsheet, to support project plans, schedules, and budgets. You will also be expected to facilitate project execution by monitoring tasks, tracking schedules, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans.

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual with excellent project management skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality results. Responsibilities:
  • Utilize project management tools to support project plans, schedules, and budgets.

  • Collaborate with staff to identify necessary tasks for project completion and ensure timely delivery.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience in managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional oral and written communication skills.

Salary and Benefits
