We are seeking a skilled Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker to provide counseling and therapeutic services to clients in a supportive and compassionate manner.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting virtual assessments and evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs
  • Developing individualized treatment plans based on clients' goals and needs
  • Providing individual and group therapy sessions to clients
  • Collaborating with other mental health professionals to coordinate care for clients
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Work
  • An active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in counseling
  • A strong understanding of mental health issues and treatment modalities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a virtual environment
