The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Greeting guests, completing check-in/check-out procedures, and processing payments in a timely manner.
  • Handling cash, credit card information, and other transactions with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Providing personalized support to guests, responding to their needs, and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Taking reservations, updating room assignments, and managing guest folios.
  • Closing out previous shifts, balancing accounts, and running night audit reports.

Requirements

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and overnights.
