Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Kitchen Staff professional who can effectively execute all kitchen systems and standards to provide outstanding food service. This includes adhering to recipe specifications, maintaining safe food handling practices, and upholding food quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Operations: Execute all kitchen systems and standards to deliver high-quality food products to our guests.
  • Safe Food Handling: Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to safe food handling practices at all times.
  • Food Quality and Presentation: Ensure all dishes meet Hooters' quality and presentation standards.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other kitchen staff members to achieve seamless service delivery.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience and Skills: Proven experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with excellent knife-handling skills, attention to detail, and basic mathematical skills.
  • Education and Certifications: Valid ServSafe alcohol certification (if applicable) and any other legally required certifications prior to employment.
Benefits
