As a vital member of our operations team, the Fleet Dispatcher will oversee the efficient allocation of drivers and vehicles according to demand.
Primary Duties Include:
- Engage in effective communication with both drivers and clients.
- Organize and assign drivers and vehicles based on operational needs.
- Maintain and update dispatch records, logs, and databases.
- Collaborate with the shuttle operations team to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Background in Client Services, ideally within the transportation, courier, or logistics sectors.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of the DMV (DC, Maryland, Virginia) region.
- 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication abilities (both verbal and written).
- Effective problem-solving skills for addressing client inquiries and operational challenges.
- Experience as a Passenger Driver or in Delivery Services is a plus.
Educational Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
