Nursing Professional Development Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced nurse professional development coordinator to join our team at the University of Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for centralized orientation, continuing education, and mandatory training of nursing staff. You will design, market, deliver, and evaluate learning programs to enhance staff knowledge and skills.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of clinical nursing experience and 2 years of educational experience. A master's degree in nursing or education is preferred, but not required. Certification in an associated specialty is expected within 2-3 years upon reaching eligibility requirements.
