Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Certification Specialist to join our team at Kryterion Inc. As a key member of our psychometrics team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality certification tests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Test Development: Conduct job task analysis studies, develop test blueprints/specifications, and facilitate item development and technical review workshops.
  • Test Maintenance: Oversee item banks, perform quality control procedures, and conduct Classical Test Theory (CTT) and Item Response Theory (IRT) studies.
  • Standard Setting: Perform standard-setting studies, such as Modified Angoff, and conduct equating studies.
  • Project Management: Create project plans, manage activities within timelines and budgets, and provide guidance for accreditation applications.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's or Doctorate in Educational Measurement, Educational Statistics, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in the Certification and Licensure industry.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and proficiency with SPSS statistical software.
