**Key Responsibilities:**

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular project updates and communication

* Manage project budgets, cost projections, and change orders, ensuring accurate financial reporting
* Participate in project meetings with internal departments to discuss schedule and issue resolution

**Requirements:**

* Four-year degree in Engineering or applicable experience
* Minimum 10 years of experience in project management, with expertise in MEP systems design and engineering
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees, clients, and contractors
* Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
* Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with ability to present proposals to clients
* Proficiency in CADD, ERP, and Microsoft Office products, including Excel
