Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for:

1. **Calendar Management**: Ensure the Loan Officer stays organized and on schedule by managing their calendar effectively.
2. **Communication Oversight**: Monitor and handle communications on behalf of the Loan Officer as required.
3. **Lead Management**: Source and follow up with potential leads, scheduling and confirming appointments with clients and referral partners.
4. **Client Preparation**: Prepare prospective borrowers prior to their meetings with the Loan Officer.
5. **Thank You Correspondence**: Send thank you notes to clients and referral partners on behalf of the Loan Officer.
6. **Marketing Support**: Assist in marketing initiatives, including managing the database of referral partners and executing marketing campaigns.
7. **Creative Collaboration**: Work closely with the Loan Officer to brainstorm and develop innovative marketing strategies.
8. **Social Media Management**: Oversee and update social media platforms and marketing efforts.
9. **Event Coordination**: Organize events such as Happy Hours and Lunch and Learns with clients and partners.
10. **Professional Representation**: Act as the professional face of the Loan Officer's team, embodying a positive and engaging demeanor.

Loan Application Assistance

Support the Loan Officer in compiling the Loan Application and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed for a smooth loan closing process, helping clients achieve their homeownership goals.
