Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, in-person).
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions.
  • Resolves customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provides basic PC support for bank associates.
Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree or two years of related experience is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing job requirements and prioritize tasks effectively.

**Salary Range:

$22.25-$24.75/hourly, based on experience.
