Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Extra Space Storage. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining a clean and organized facility.
Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Sales: Meet sales goals through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain facilities, including sweeping, mopping, changing light bulbs, and other tasks as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Work independently and cooperate with team members to achieve store goals.
- Errands and Travel: May be required to run errands for the facility and travel to other store locations.
- Customer-Facing Experience: 1+ year of customer-facing employment experience.
- Computer Skills: Strong computer skills.
- Driver's License: Current, valid driver's license with access to a reliable personal vehicle (except in NYC).
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
