Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate the condition of structures and identify areas of deterioration or structural issues
  • Document findings and prepare reports for project leadership
  • Perform other duties as required, including providing support to project teams
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that construction work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 2 years of related experience in construction inspection or a related field
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
  • Basic knowledge of arithmetic and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to new technologies and quickly learn new computer, smartphone, or related applications and programs

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time, regular position that requires 100% field work. The successful candidate will be required to work in various locations, including construction sites.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $27.54 - $42.69 per hour. CDM Smith offers a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
