About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Nursing Care Manager to join our team at Providence Alaska Medical Center in Anchorage. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and coordination with a multidisciplinary team.
Job Description
The RN Case Manager will work collaboratively with patients, families, physicians, medical assistants, social workers, counselors, and other clinic support staff to provide comprehensive care. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
- 2 years of professional nursing experience
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Nursing or related field
- 2 years of case management experience in a clinical setting
