Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a team of meat associates, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a high level of product knowledge, including meat products, and be able to answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and stocking of meat products.
  • Store Operations: Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and ensure that the meat department is maintained in a clean and organized manner.
Requirements
  • Experience: 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a wet and cold environment.
