We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our team at Eclipse Enterprises. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for handling the operational and administrative personnel processes of the Personnel Services department with a focus on HR payroll.
Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Administration: You will be responsible for timely and high-quality data maintenance of relevant personnel systems in your area of responsibility, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documents.
- Payroll Processing: You will review and evaluate data from personnel systems, independently clarifying implausible situations and providing competent advice and support to employees regarding DB Personnel Service products and services.
- Reporting and Analysis: You will perform manual calculations, review payroll, and create reports using SV-Net, providing insights to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: You will handle necessary clarifications and correspondence with customers and external institutions and authorities, such as employment agencies, offices, and health insurance companies.
- Process Improvement: You will be responsible for continuously optimizing and developing workflows within HR payroll, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Commercial Background: You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship and have several years of experience in payroll.
- Regulatory Knowledge: You have a solid understanding of income tax and social security law, as well as experience in applying collective bargaining and company regulations.
