Key Responsibilities:- Manage nursing responsibilities during each shift, ensuring efficient, timely, and knowledgeable care while maintaining patient satisfaction.
- Assign patient assignments and medication orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of care.
- Train new hires and provide ongoing support to ensure a high level of patient care.
- Manage a safe environment for staff and patients, promoting a culture of excellence and professionalism.
- Current NYS RN license required.
- 2 years minimum experience as an RN in an Oncology setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred (current enrollment in BSN program required).
- Full-time position.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- High level of familiarity with NYCBS policies and procedures.
- Must demonstrate consistent professional conduct and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as excellent interpersonal skills with patients, staff, and other healthcare professionals.
- Proficiency in ONCOemr.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Attendance to all mandatory nursing meetings.
- Salary up to $115,000 annually.
