Key Responsibilities
  • Order Fulfillment: Receive and process customer orders, including picking and packing products, and shipping them to customers in a timely manner.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring that products are properly stored and secured.
  • Material Handling: Operate various pieces of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to move products throughout the warehouse, including pallet movers, stand-up forklifts, and order pickers.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure that products are accurately processed and shipped to customers.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in using computer-based warehouse management systems.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 70 pounds, work at heights of up to 28 feet, and stand for long periods of time.
