The Millennium Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to fill the role of Site Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing leadership and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipping and Receiving: Oversee all aspects of shipping and receiving, including receiving, reviewing, and documenting packages, preparing and delivering shipments, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
- Prioritization and Handling: Ensure priority handling of all incoming packages and messenger services, and properly create FedEx labels for domestic and international shipments.
- Mail and Courier Distribution: Physically distribute mail and courier packages to various departments throughout the campus or buildings, using carts, dollies, or hand trucks as needed.
- Copy Services Production: Assist with copy services production, operating and maintaining moderate volume reprographic and finishing projects, reviewing client requirements, and performing copying, printing, and finishing tasks.
- Customer Service: Maintain quality customer service by providing friendly and responsive processing and distribution of mail, packages, and print services projects.
- Data Collection and Reporting: Collect data weekly and prepare monthly reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Payroll and Time Management: Approve payroll weekly and monitor time and project load to avoid overtime where possible.
- Training and Development: Will cross-train on other tasks within the office services team and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in office services/operations management, with proven, progressive management experience.
- Experience in Microsoft Products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, and Teams.
- Working knowledge of Adobe software products.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment and possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Able to learn new skills quickly and juggle multiple priorities.
- Personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional with strong initiative and ability to work independently.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive materials.
- Able to walk, bend, kneel, stand, and/or sit for extended periods of time and lift or move 50lbs or greater at times.
