  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, restocking linens, and replenishing amenities
  • Perform laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding hotel linen
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of back-of-house areas, including laundry rooms and storage areas
  • Assist with guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with other housekeeping team members to ensure efficient room cleaning and linen distribution

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Bi-lingual skills a plus
  • Previous experience in a hotel or industrial setting, preferably in a full-service hotel
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
