About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled RF Field Engineer to join our team at Actalent. As a key member of our engineering team, you will play a critical role in the design, development, and implementation of RF systems and instrumentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop RF systems and instrumentation for various applications, including antenna test ranges and microwave measurement systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct RF measurements and testing to ensure compliance with specifications and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, test procedures, and technical reports.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RF technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing systems and develop new solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in RF engineering, with a focus on system design, development, and testing.
  • Strong understanding of RF theory and principles, including electromagnetic propagation and antenna design.
  • Experience with RF measurement and testing equipment, including oscilloscopes, network analyzers, and spectrum analyzers.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
