Partnered with Covered California, we aim to educate and enroll clients in plans tailored to their needs. Since our inception in 2013, we have expanded our presence in Orange County and Los Angeles, earning recognition as one of California's top 25 health insurance agencies. Our mission is more critical than ever, and we seek compassionate, growth-oriented individuals to help us extend our reach and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000, based on hourly wages and commissions.
  • Bilingual Requirement: English/Spanish.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients both in-person and via phone from a retail office.
  • Assist new clients in enrolling in health, supplemental, dental, and vision insurance plans.
  • Address inquiries from existing clients regarding their insurance coverage, payment issues, and access to necessary health insurance tax forms.
  • Efficiently navigate various software applications while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Stay informed through ongoing training and resources to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • All insurance sales agents are expected to meet monthly sales targets to maintain their position.

Qualifications:

Collective Choice offers a dynamic work environment filled with motivated, self-driven employees dedicated to helping individuals achieve financial security. You will have the opportunity to earn an hourly wage plus commissions, sales bonuses, incentives, and participate in company-sponsored events and trips. Your earning potential is limitless, as there is no cap on commissions, and we provide avenues for professional development.

Applicants may apply for this position without a Health and Accident License. However, if you are not yet licensed, you can earn a $300 bonus upon successfully passing your state exam to become a licensed insurance agent within 30 days of your start date. Collective Choice will also sponsor your pre-licensing course and cover up to two exam attempts.

  • Vision: Ability to see and read computer screens and written documents.
  • Repetitive Motion: Engaging in substantial wrist, hand, and finger movements.
