Job Summary:

This position requires a registered nurse with extensive experience in wound care, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting. You will be responsible for conducting thorough assessments, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating residents and their families on wound care procedures.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess residents' wounds, develop care plans, and administer treatments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and develop treatment plans.
  • Educate residents and their families on wound care procedures and prevention strategies.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and 401K.
Qualifications:
  • Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a valid state nursing license.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in wound care, preferably in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting.
