About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Autism Intervention Specialist to join our team at Apara Autism Centers. As an Autism Intervention Specialist, you will play a critical role in implementing individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing behavioral skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and functional living protocols
  • Collecting data and tracking client progress
  • Assisting with parent and caregiver training
  • Collaborating with treatment team members to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field
  • Experience working with children with ASD or similar populations
  • Ability to accept constructive feedback and develop knowledge and skills
  • Effective time management skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
