We are looking for a highly proficient and seasoned Paralegal to become part of a prominent employment law firm. This role is ideal for a committed individual with extensive experience in class actions and collective legal matters, particularly in the realm of employment and wage/hour disputes.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert assistance in class action and collective litigation, with a focus on employment-related claims.
  • Efficiently manage Tables of Authorities and perform comprehensive legal research utilizing platforms such as Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.
  • Support trial preparations, with a preference for candidates possessing trial experience.
  • Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff to facilitate effective case management.
  • Handle a substantial caseload while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and proactive problem-solving skills.

Required Qualifications:

Experience: At least 3 years in class action and employment law (not general paralegal experience).

Skills: Proficient in managing Tables of Authorities and conducting legal research using Westlaw or Lexis Nexis.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, communicative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Prior trial experience is highly regarded.
