Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Professional Nurse to join our team at Northside Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working independently to plan and implement nursing care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional nursing care to patients in accordance with physician orders and established guidelines.
  • Assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical knowledge and best practices in nursing care.
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed as an RN in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
  • Less than one year of experience as a registered professional nurse.
  • Certified in American Heart Association's Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS).
  • Other required cardiopulmonary resuscitation certifications (ACLS).
Preferred Qualifications
  • BSN degree.
  • Other preferred RN attributes are unit specific. Please refer to the specific clinical unit.
