Associate Account Executive

We are seeking an ambitious Associate Account Executive to pioneer software in biology. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities- Refine our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) alongside our product and sales teams.
- Orchestrate Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns tailored to our ICPs.
- Develop and refine our messaging strategy based on outreach data.
- Navigate and warm up leads to qualify them for meetings.
- Book demos and conduct handoffs to our Account Executives to close opportunities.
- Travel to life sciences conferences around the world to build relationships and drive business growth.
- 1 year of experience as a Business Development Representative (BDR) or Account Executive at an early-stage cloud or software company.
- Background in biology, either through education or professional experience.
- Exceptional performance in previous roles.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and best practices.
- Desire to excel in sales.

Salary and Benefits$120,000 - $145,000 per year, including a base salary of $60,000 - $72,500 and an on-target commission of $60,000 - $72,500.
