As a Gaming Operations Supervisor, you will oversee a designated gaming section featuring multiple active tables, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supervise a gaming area with up to six active tables, ensuring compliance with all operational standards.
2. Monitor player activity, focusing on metrics such as average wagers, duration of play, and total buy-ins to create accurate player ratings.
3. Handle financial transactions, including markers and fills, while managing the opening and closing procedures for games.
4. Assist with daily operational tasks, including pre-shuffling cards, procuring necessary supplies, and preparing for the gaming day.
5. Report directly to the Assistant Casino Managers or Casino Managers on duty, ensuring clear communication and operational efficiency.
6. Deliver exceptional guest service by engaging with players and ensuring dealers are attentive to enhancing the gaming experience.
7. Ensure that dealers adhere to established procedures, providing high-quality service and maintaining game integrity.
8. Address any performance issues with dealers through coaching and, when necessary, recommend disciplinary actions.
9. Adjust table minimums based on business needs to optimize gaming operations.
10. Maintain a clean and welcoming gaming environment for both guests and staff.
11. Ensure compliance with all gaming policies and procedures, including resolving guest disputes and ensuring the functionality and security of gaming equipment.
12. Finalize all shift-related tasks or ensure a thorough hand-off to the next supervisor.
13. Maintain accurate inventory of gaming chips and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
14. Coach, develop, and train Table Games staff, assisting in the recruitment process for new dealers.
