Job Title: State Inspector/Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled State Inspector/Mechanic to join our team at McCarthy Tire Service Co.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for inspecting and maintaining vehicles to ensure they meet state safety and emissions standards. This will involve performing routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations, as well as more complex repairs, such as brake work and suspension alignments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet state safety and emissions standards
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes and tire rotations
  • Repair and maintain vehicles, including brake work and suspension alignments
  • Conduct test drives to verify vehicle serviceability
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance and repairs
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license
  • State Inspection License
  • Must have own tools
  • Must have clean MVR and pass drug test
