Republic Airways is seeking a skilled Time Limited Parts Control Auditor to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of life-limited component information in our Maintenance Software Database (Ramco) and compliance with the Maintenance Time Limits Manual (MTLM).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Audit maintenance, repair, overhaul, and inspection information for life-limited and hard time parts to ensure accurate tracking in Ramco and compliance with the MTLM.
  • Perform back-to-birth audits on engines, landing gear, APUs, thrust reversers, and batteries to ensure completeness and accuracy of life-limited component information.
  • Identify tracking problems or errors through audits and take necessary actions to resolve the issue and ensure the safety of aircraft operation.
  • Audit engine logbook/records and landing gear records following the removal of an engine or landing gear prior to repair and upon return from repair to ensure all information provided is complete and correct.
  • Update APU tracking information, including life-limited parts in the records database and maintenance software database, per bi-weekly inspections.
  • Install A/C piece parts and update parameter values as part of the acquisition process.
  • Communicate with repair providers as necessary to exchange or update information relating to components or work that has or will take place.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • One year of related records auditing or other problem-solving relatable work experience.
  • Ability to navigate between multiple systems and applications.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent in Aviation field (management, operations, maintenance, A&P).
  • Experience in aircraft maintenance.
Language Skills:

Able to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Able to write routine reports and correspondence. Able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.

Reasoning/Problem Solving Ability:

Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Able to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

Decision Making:

Makes limited decisions and determines best methods to solve problems by referring to established precedents and policies. Decisions can impact the daily operation.

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
