Key Responsibilities:
  • Expertise in Pediatric Speech Therapy: Work with pediatric patients ranging from birth to 21 years, addressing a variety of challenges such as communication, language, hearing, voice, and feeding/swallowing difficulties.
  • Thorough Patient Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for assigned patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans to meet individual needs.
  • Family and Patient Guidance: Offer clear and supportive instruction to patients and their families to enhance understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.
  • Accurate Documentation: Maintain high standards of precision and timeliness in all documentation related to patient care.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree from an accredited therapy program.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA).
  • Active state licensure as required.
  • Current Texas Speech Language Pathology License is mandatory.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Valid driver's license and insurance.
