Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Staff RN to join our team at Foundation Health Partners. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a non-acute environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Care Implementation: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive and coordinated care.
  • Evaluation and Documentation: Continuously evaluate patient progress, revise care plans as needed, and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate's degree in nursing; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Licensure: Current and valid Alaska RN license.
  • Skills: Creative thinking, prioritizing, and flexible problem-solving skills.
