Job Summary

This is a first-line management position responsible for leading a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of electrical power systems for advanced development programs. The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, leadership experience, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of electrical engineers and technicians in the design, development, and implementation of electrical power systems.
  • Develop and implement electrical power system architectures and designs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical power systems meet program requirements.
  • Manage and mentor team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong background in electrical power systems, including design, development, and implementation.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
