PET/CT Imaging Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Perform high-quality nuclear medicine and/or positron emission tomography/computed tomography images on patients while providing excellent care and ensuring patient comfort.
- Administer radionuclides and ensure proper dosing for each patient.
- Communicate effectively with patients, explaining test procedures and safety precautions, and addressing their concerns and questions.
- Monitor patients' well-being during exams and take appropriate action if necessary.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of patient property and health information.
- Comply with company policies and procedures regarding medication management and patient financial information.
- Exhibit professional behavior and respect for patients, colleagues, and company property.
- Current ARRT(N) and/or NMTCB certification with State Nuclear Medicine License.
- High school diploma or GED.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Venipuncture certification/permit.
