Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Patient Care Technician (PCT) to join our team at DaVita Inc. As a PCT, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care, working closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including monitoring patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment
  • Conduct patient observations, measure and record vital signs, and perform hemodialysis machine setup
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and their families, providing education and support on kidney dialysis-related topics
  • Work collaboratively with our cross-functional team of clinicians, including nurses, dietitians, social workers, and leadership
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be comfortable working around blood and needles
  • Must be comfortable mixing acid or bicarb
  • Physical and mental ability to work long hours on your feet
  • Willingness to train and work across multiple clinics within the territory as needed
